Can Kaspersky Safe Kids block apps on the iPhone?
According to Kaspersky, no. Its help pages say app use cannot be restricted on a child's iOS devices and iPhones are not locked. When time is up, Safe Kids shows a notification there that it's time for a break.
Does the German BSI warning about Kaspersky cover Safe Kids?
Germany's Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) warned against Kaspersky's antivirus software in March 2022. According to its FAQ, it made no statement about other products such as Safe Kids.
How does TaskBlue keep apps away on the iPhone?
TaskBlue uses Apple's Screen Time technology. During focus, the chosen apps disappear from the Home Screen, and categories and websites show Apple's block screen. Focus ends with the BlueTag or your 6-digit parent PIN.
