Ocean Impact: when focus removes plastic from the sea

TaskBlue is the focus app where every minute of deep focus pulls real plastic back out of the sea. Here is how quiet at the screen becomes a freer ocean.

Measurable, not abstract

No abstract carbon, no promises without proof. Every year, around 50,000 tonnes of ghost nets vanish into the sea. Your ocean impact pushes back, measured in kilograms of plastic recovered, growing with every focused minute.

How your focus frees the ocean from plastic

  1. 1
You start focus mode in TaskBlue, manual, schedule, calendar, or location.
  2. 2
Your Focus Buoy funds the recovery. WWF Germany and GhostNetZero head out onto the water for you.
  3. 3
GhostNetZero finds lost ghost nets with sonar and AI, at about 94% accuracy. Divers lift them out of the sea, worldwide.
  4. 4
Your personal ocean impact grows in the app, in kilograms of plastic recovered, live.

Frequently asked about ocean impact

How is ocean impact measured?

Your ocean impact counts in plastic recovered from the sea, not in vague promises. Around 100 g returns to land per focus hour, up to 5 kg a month with the Focus Buoy, up to 10 kg with the Focus Buoy Pro, depending on how much you focus. WWF Germany and GhostNetZero lift plastic and ghost nets straight out of the water. You see every kilo live in the app.

How does TaskBlue fund marine protection?

With the one-time purchase of a Focus Buoy (€29.99 or Focus Buoy Pro €39.99) you fund the recovery directly. A fixed, transparently communicated share goes to WWF Germany and GhostNetZero. We lay out the details in the impact report.

Why the WWF?

The WWF is one of the most established conservation organizations in the world: proven marine protection projects, clear structures, transparent reports. Exactly the reliability your focus time deserves.
