Pomodoro Technique
Studying in 25-minute blocks with short breaks in between. A simple method that also helps children with homework.
The Pomodoro Technique goes back to Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s. You work on one thing for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break and a longer one after four rounds. For children it is easy to grasp: one round feels doable, and the next break is never far away.
